I will use neobux as an example as other companies basically has the same registration.

Step 1:
Log on to Neobux...Next click register...

Now you will see the available advertisements to click with the price per click...Now..Just click it!

After you click it, a small red dot will come out..Just click the red dot...
Step 6:
Now you will link to the advertisement website...Now what you can do is to wait the loading bar as you seen on the picture...It takes only few seconds...
Step 7:
TaDa....Now you can see $0.001 were credited in your account! Simply easy right? Now just click the rest of advertisements..and repeat this everyday...and you will start earning!!
p/s: i know this may not be a great amount..but it just took you less than 10minutes everyday to click it...just be patient :)
